OUR ATTORNEY
Collin M. Hinds is the managing shareholder of Hinds Law Firm, PC. The majority of his practice is focused within the areas of mortgage foreclosures, creditor's rights in bankruptcy, replevins, title examination, real property law, collection suits, and secured transactions.
He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Cherokee Nation Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in the Western, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma Federal Courts. Collin M. Hinds has been consulted and has drafted proposed legislation regarding lien rights of lenders.
Collin M. Hinds graduated with a B.A. from The University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kansas, in 1993, and from The University of Oklahoma, College of Law, in 1997. At the University of Oklahoma, he concentrated his elective course work in bankruptcy and commercial law, and completed his thesis work on the topic of the collateralization of manufactured homes and priority issues between competing interests in manufactured homes.
